Out of a Portrait Late Victorian Tall Hat Pattern.
This pattern has two views. View A is for a fabric covered buckram hat with an asymmetrical crown and a rolled symmetrical brim that can be tipped down on the edge. View B is for a straw plait over buckram with a symmetrical crown and an asymmetrical brim that is pulled up on the wide side and down on the narrow side. Note: The brim on this hat is shaped, you will need to soften and drape buckram over a brim mold that you make from a 10″ styrofoam wreath.
